Once the Sysinternals Suite zip file has been downloaded and uncompressed, you can place the installer in the folder containing the utilities, and run it from there. The installer does not include Sysinternals Suite it has to be downloaded separately. It creates a Start menu group and shortcuts for all the utilities included in Sysinternals Suite.

This file contains the individual troubleshooting tools and help files. The Sysinternals Troubleshooting Utilities have been rolled up into a single Suite of tools.
